Successful delivery of Projects in accordance with the approved budget and baseline schedule

Ensuring the Project Quality

Ensuring all work is done safety

Responsible for the development, approval and implementation of Project Execution Plan

Oversees the planning and resource allocation of personnel throughout the project

Defines roles and responsibilities for project teams

Effectively delegates authority and responsibility

Ensures that the Main Contract and Subcontracts are correctly administered

Establish and maintain relationships with the Client and Subcontractors

Drives the resolution of issues or conflicts between departments or with Clients

Ensures compliance with the contract in al aspects

Liaises with the Client and key Subcontractors as required

Arranges and attends meetings with the Client and Subcontractors as required

Ensures that all written documentation required under the contract is prepared and submitted on time and in accordance with contract requirements

Oversees the management of change

Ensures robust decision-making process is utilized and recorded

Overseeing contingency planning and lessons learned for Engineering, Fabrication, Construction and Installation scopes
